Absolutely. Clients must read and accept our Terms & Conditions before booking. This document covers essential details such as tariffs, minimum hours (6 hours at £24/hour, totalling £144 minimum), cancellation policies, invoicing, and due dates for payments.

Could you describe the typical steps a client goes through from first inquiry to their booking being confirmed?

The process begins when you submit a booking request with all the necessary information. I will then review my availability. If I am available, I will send you a confirmation. If I am unavailable, I will inform you and suggest exploring alternative dates or services.

What is the minimum booking duration for your services?

Our services require a minimum booking of 6 hours. The rate is £24 per hour, so the minimum charge for a booking is £144.

How do I check your availability?

You can check our availability through the booking request form on our website. Simply select your desired date and hours, and the system will indicate if the date is taken or allow you to submit a request.

What happens if the date I want is already booked?

If your preferred date is already booked, it will be marked as unavailable on the booking calendar. You will then need to choose an alternative date that fits your schedule.

How will I know if my booking request is approved?

Once you submit your booking request, I will manually review it. If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation directly from me.
